Tax and Duty Notice for Shipments to United Kingdom

Following the United Kingdom's exit from the European Union in the year 2020-2021, we would like to inform you about the policies related to taxes and duties that may apply to shipments to countries outside the European Union.

Orders shipped to the Northern Ireland region are exempt from tariff application, this will also impact returns.

Shipments will be processed under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).

Buyer's Responsibility

Please note that any taxes, duties, import fees, or similar charges applicable at your country's customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Elina Pilates will not assume any costs related to customs taxes or duties. We recommend checking with local customs authorities or your country's customs service for detailed information on potential charges.

Buyer will also be responsible for any delays occurring in customs due to delays attributable to the buyer, such as late clearance or any other attributable to the buyer.

Customs Value Declaration

To comply with international customs regulations, we will declare the value of the products on the shipping package in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This may influence the determination of taxes and duties by your country's customs.

Shipping and Delivery

The customs clearance process may extend the delivery time of your order. We recommend taking into account possible additional delays due to this process when calculating the estimated delivery date.

Returns

Please be aware that returns will also be subject to the merchandise passing through the customs of the country, with corresponding expenses. These expenses will also be the responsibility of the buyer if the return of the item is voluntary.
